What is a report delivery?
A report delivery is one complete report for a single URL, sent by email at the scheduled time. It includes the selected report type and the corresponding insights.
Each delivery counts once per send, regardless of how many recipients receive it.
How often are reports delivered?
Depending on your plan, reports can be delivered weekly, daily, or monthly.
You choose the delivery frequency for each report.
What is a report type?
A report type defines which data source is used and what kind of analysis is performed. Each report type focuses on a specific area, such as performance or security.
For example, a WebPageTest report analyzes loading performance, while an HTTP Observatory report focuses on security best practices.
New report types are added progressively as WebPerformance Report expands its 360° view.
What are recipients?
Recipients are the people who automatically receive the report by email. This allows teams to share insights with stakeholders without forwarding emails or accessing dashboards.
The number of recipients depends on your plan.
Do I need to log in to read reports?
No. Reports are delivered directly to your inbox. To view reports on the Board and access historical deliveries, login is required.
Logging in is also required to manage reports, recipients, settings, and billing.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Changes take effect immediately and your available deliveries update automatically.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly billing is available for Starter, Growth, Pro, and Business plans and includes a discount.
What does AI Insight do?
AI Insight highlights meaningful changes between report deliveries and points out the most relevant performance signals.
It helps you focus on what matters instead of raw data.
