By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Subscription Billing
WebPerformance Report offers recurring subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of WebPerformance Report in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Duplicate charges.
- Billing errors.
- Technical issues that prevented the use of the service.
Plan Changes
When upgrading a subscription, the new pricing takes effect immediately.
When downgrading a subscription, the new plan becomes effective at the start of the next billing cycle.
Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, access to paid features may be limited until payment is successfully completed.
